US and China agree 90-day trade tariff ceasefire after China agrees to buy ‘very substantial’ amount of American goods
As part of the ceasefire deal, China agreed to purchase a “very substantial amount of agricultural, energy, industrial, and other product from the United States to reduce the trade imbalance between our two countries. China has agreed to start purchasing agricultural product from our farmers immediately”.
BUENOS AIRES – Kina i SAD dogovorile su se da u idućih 90 dana neće uvoditi nove carine, a u tom će razdoblju nastaviti trgovinske pregovore, priopćila je Bijela kuća nakon sastanka dvojice predsjednika po završetku sastanka čelnika skupine G20 u Buenos Airesu.
Predsjednik SAD-a Donald Trump složio se na sastanku s kineskim predsjednikom Xi Jingpingom da neće povećati carine s 10 na 25 posto na uvoz kineskih proizvoda u vrijednosti od 200 milijardi dolara, što je bilo najavljeno za 1. siječnja iduće godine, dok je Peking pristao uvesti neodređenu ali znatnu količinu američkih poljoprivrednih, energetskih, industrijskih i ostalih proizvoda. U slučaju da se u roku od 90 dana ne postigne dogovor o trgovinskim pitanjima, SAD će ipak povećati te carine, kako je ranije bilo i planirano, poručila je Bijela kuća.

Sad stvarno više nema razloga da ne okrenemo u predbožićno zeleno, a i fino su katastrofičari i zazivatelji kraja svijeta utihnuli
Kako nitko nije napisao što očekuje na tržištu nakon 6. mjeseci, odnosno godinu dana evo mojeg razmišljanja.
Ne bi vjerovali, ali u korekciji smo. Očekujem da će se korekcija prema dolje nastaviti do 6-7 mjeseca sljedeće godine.
Kako smo vidjeli da politika i banke mogu uštimavati zadnjih godina umjetni rast dionica, postoji vrlo velika mogućnost da će indeksi ponovno vani u 9. mjesecu početi rasti, kao da se ništa nije dogodilo.
Tako da bi se najduža vladavina bikova mogla nastaviti na sljedeće 3-4 godine.
Što se Hrvatske tiče, dok na vlast ne dođe Vlada koja će početi provoditi stvarne strukturne promjene, početi napokon ulagati u znanje i visokoprofitabilne industrije, odnosno u realni sektor, a smanjiti za 50%
administraciju i kvazi političare, ne vidim napredak na našem ZSE.
I naravno, prvo treba ukinuti porez na trgovanje na dobit, jer ga realno u 90% slučajeva nema.
Ako želi da se ulagači, mali i veliki vrate na ZSE.
Mnuchin: Trump will be the one leading US-China trade talks
United States Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin stated on Monday that the country’s President Donald Trump will be the one leading the trade talks between Washington and Beijing over the next 90 days. During an interview with CNBC, the official added that the inclusive team working with the president will include Larry Kudlow, Wilbur Ross, Robert Lighthizer and himself.
Mnuchin noted that during the truce period, the two sides will work on the “real agreement” that will include both structural and non-structural issues, including intellectual property, energy, and agriculture among other things. Car manufacturing and NGL goods were also among the agenda for the discussion. The treasury secretary stressed that he is “very hopeful this can turn into a real agreement.”
The official also said that China offered around $1.2 trillion in additional commitments and that he believes Beijing is more open to negotiations now. However, Mnuchin highlighted that Trump is determined to reintroduce and increase tariffs further should the talks between the two nations fail.
Mnuchin: China deal could shrink US trade deficit to zero
“This is the first time that we have a commitment from them that this will be a real agreement,” Mnuchin noted and added he sees a “clear path” to shrinking the deficit to zero in the long run. The US treasury secretary remained confident that a “concrete” agreement will be reached with Beijing during the 90-day pause to the trade war since both Trump and Xi made “significant commitment” to work towards the deal.
The G20 agreement is not going to turn out to be “something with just soft commitments”, Mnuchin insisted. Still, he acknowledged that not all trade issues between the US and China will be addressed during the first phase.
“I am certain that, at some time in the future, President Xi and I, together with President Putin of Russia, will start talking about a meaningful halt to what has become a major and uncontrollable Arms Race. The U.S. spent 716 Billion Dollars this year. Crazy!” the US president wrote. Following a meeting with Xi at the G20 summit in Argentina, Trump also noted that the two of them are “the only two people that can bring about massive and very positive change, on trade and far beyond,” including achieving the denuclearization of North Korea.

Ako smanjuju proizvodnju, onda bi cijena nafte trebala rasti.
Manja ponuda = veća potražnja
Danas svi Indexi preko bare pali više od 3%. Prinos na 3godišnje obveznice veći od 5godišnjih. Ne znam, nije dobro, ali ipak malo pretjerana panika po mojem skromnom mišljenju.
A velike panike bokte dow jones i dalje iznad 25 000 bodova. Dakle ništa.
