Croatian bulker and tanker owner Uljanik Plovidba has watched profit plunge in 2008 in tough markets.
The Zagreb-listed owner said net earnings to 31 December were HRK 32.2m ($5.6m), compared to HRK 254.5m a year earlier.
The company did not elaborate on the reasons for the slump.
