A to da DT ima monopol u HR je jasno i cisto jer niti jedan alternativni telekom nije prezivio na nacin da su se prikljucili u HT lokalnu petlju i na kraju svi grade svoju infrastrukturu jer HT ne da nikom nista. To sto drzava gradi paralelno nije dobro za HT ali je dobro za ljude koji zive u Hrvatskoj. Kolinda mora birati tko joj je prioritet: ljudi odnosno potrosoci, drzavljani i gradjani ili HT. Konkurencija niti jednoj zemlji nikad nista loseg nije donijela. TO je jasno svima osim ljudima koji su odrasli u komunizmu (i tim ljudima to nikad nece biti jasno)

Unfortunately i am sentenced to use poor services of company which you are heading. I would leave you as unsatisfied customer long time back but my mail address which is spread all around globe i cannot take with me.
I am business user and communication is one of essential tools for our work. With HT system and client treatment you are disabling me in running business. First contract with HT i did 11 years ago. Honestly i had no choice. There was installed ISDN device which was working perfect 10,5 years. Than HT decided to kill something what was reliable and what was working without problems and shifted us to VOIP. Probably in order to reduce cost. Normally purpose of colonies are only to be explored and modern technologies are left for home use. Transfer from ISDN to actual unreliable technology left me with scares on hearth caused by stress. My company was 17 days without communication. Of course monthly invoice was received to full amount. After strong complain i have received credit note. On top of this transfer from ISDN to “new” technology was charged 500 Kn in spite of fact that i was not asking transfer. Finally even this was settled with credit note.
Three weeks ago i have changed location of my office. When all other was ready i did application for two telephone lines and ADSL transfer to new location. I have called support center and asked if technician can inspect new location before transfer because can happen that system i had on previous location can not be installed on new location. Operator from customer support was pissed because i was teaching them what need to be done. I apologise and mentioned that i do not want again be trapped as last time when ISDN was killed. 11 days noting happened. I have called business user call centar and complained. They told me that deadline is 30 days from application and what i want. Still they are inside time frame (no idea who decided time frame). Operator could see in computer that transfer process started this and this date, hour and minute. I told lady that this is nice but i would like to know when process will finish. Unfortunately she did not know but she was sure that this will happen inside 30 days.
About two weeks after application i have received call that this day my lines and ADSL will be operational. Until 1900 noting happened and i called number which informed me about transfer. No answers. Than i have sent SMS that this simply does not make sense. Received answer that my lines will be operational this evening. At 2130 technician call me that he is ready. This was time fare behind our working time but i was so happy that i did not complain. He did connection and told me that i have problem. On last location i had two active lines and on new is only one and (what i asked to be checked in advance and i was in opinion of support center pain in the a.s). Anyway progress was great. After two weeks i had internet and fax line. Same night called customer center and asked transfer of telephone line to VOIP. My request was put in system. Next five days i was trying my telephone line but she was dead. On Saturday (again time in which office is closed) received call from your subcontractor technician that they are coming to repair my telephone connection. Told them that i do not have telephone connection at all and noting can be repaired. They could not believe. They had work order to fix problem but not to connect missing line. Technician told me that he can not help. Another 4 days noting happened. Yesterday i have received call from new technician whom i have explained problem from day one. He was shocked and promised to fix problem same day what he did.

Specially i appreciate speed of 30 days time frame to transfer telephone and internet on new location. This is boosting our economy.

Iako sam mali dionicar HT-a, ovu odluku Vlade, o alternativnim moguncnostima prijenosa informacija, u potpunosti pozdravljam i podrzavam.
Ne mogu si niti zamisliti obrnutu situaciju i reakciju njemacke strane.
Mozda ce mnogi reci: sto je dozvoljeno Jupiteru, nije volu!
Ali ako je tako, onda se cinjenicno stanje mora priznati, a ne glumatati neke quasi al pari razgovore drzavnika.
Zbog toga mogu samo konstatirati, da se nikako ne mozemo rijesiti sluganskog mentaliteta, vjerojatno jos i doba nacisticke rasne propagande o “Übermensch-u” i “Untermensch-u”. U ovu drugu skupinu nazalost via facti spadaju definitivno balkanska plemena.
I finale je da je neki idi-ot vidio nalog za aktivaciju drugog broja koji je već bio spojen i ponovo me odspojio kako bi me spojio. Pa to ni Grunf nebi osmislio. Zadnja informacija. Sve radi. Pitam se do kada. Vjerojatno do idućeg idi-ota.
Nije to specifukum HT-a ili DT-a. Vecina njih kuha s vodom. Tako sam ja osobno imao losa iskustva sa Vodafonom, O2, Arcorom…Preseljenje u drugi grad, sa drugim pozivnim brojem automatski traje nekoliko tjedana. Tako je bar u Njemackoj, cak i onda kad na vrijeme najavite promjenu adrese. Rokove u USA ne poznajem.

To je bilo nekad kad su se razvodile i spajale žice. Danas imamo VOIP čije preseljenje se radi softverski. Znači sve se odradi na compu i bez izlaska na teren. Pa čemu onda 30 dana???

obicno se radi o boxovima providera, koji imaju multi-funkcije (kabelska tv, internet,telefon, fax…) a moraju se instalirati od ovlastenog servisera.
