Gledam malo dobit kpt u kojem končar ima skoro pola. Ispada da je 2022. bila ekstra loša. Ove godine bi svakako trebalo puuno bolje biti. Općenito sam jako optimističan glede ovog poduzeća.

Did you know that our Laboratory Centre has just made another impressive breakthrough?
Following a rigorous audit of the management system and testing capabilities, Abu Dhabi-based TRANSCO has recently included the Laboratory Center | KONČAR – Electrical Engineering Institute in the commercial list of approved vendors. This achievement further strengthens our position as an approved independent testing laboratory in the competitive UAE market, and validates that our expertise, capabilities, and testing resources position us competitively alongside globally acclaimed laboratories.
The Laboratory Centre consists of laboratories internationally accredited for a wide range of 750 testing and calibration methods in the fields of power engineering, industry, and mobility. Operating as a one-stop testing centre, it provides premium and rapid services to global power engineering equipment manufacturers and certification bodies.
Two months ago we commissioned the new Dam Monitoring and Dispatch Centre (DMDC) in Tirana, for the Albanian power corporation KESH. This inauguration also marks our first Generation Centre beyond Croatia.
As the main contractor, we were responsible for delivering hardware, software, and office equipment, system parameterization at the Centre and power plants, testing, dispatch centre refurbishment, and end-user training. From the DMDC, KESH will monitor the operation and manage the generation of three HPPs on the Drin River Cascade – Fierza HPP, Komani HPP, and Vau and Dejes HPP. The three power plants have a total installed power capacity of 1,350 MW and account for roughly 90% of the total electricity generated in Albania.
The central application installed at the centre is our proprietary SCADA system PROZA NET which has been upgraded for the needs of this project. Congrats to both teams!
Successful cooperation with Finnish partner continues!
KONČAR – Generators and Motors won a new agreement for generator refurbishment at Palokki hydropower plant (HPP) in Finland. This is the third agreement with PKS, following the successful refurbishment of Puntarikoski HPP and generator refurbishment at Kuurna HPP.
The scope of work encompasses the complete refurbishment of the stator with a new housing, core, winding, and shaft, along with pole re-insulation, and an increase in power to 8.5 MVA. KONČAR Electronics and Informatics Ltd. is set to deliver an excitation regulator as part of the project.
