jesmo malo tržište ali toliko malo ipak nismo. da druka ko barun 24h dnevno (+nedjeljom) i da svi koji ga čitaju prodaju, sve zajedno bi ih pojeli na bidu 5 minuta. pa nije poslovni dnevnik forum komora malih ulagača. ajde molim vas…

Mislim da se u petak dobro vidio bid, svaki puta kad se onaj "netko" iskrcao po bidu, isti je obnovljen ekspresno.

Inače ako je taj "netko" tko se iskrcavao zadnjih 2 tjedna HPB onda im nije ostalo puno dionica, ako im je išta ostalo.

Nobody orders boxship: Q4 2008

According to marine consulting firm, AXS-Alphaliner, there were no containership newbuildings ordered in the fourth quarter (October-December) of 2008.

"It is the first time in the last two decades that no containership orders were recorded in a whole quarter," said the company’s report.

As of Jan. 1 this year, 1,183 containerships (6.26 million TEUs in total capacity) remained on order, accounting for 50.7% of the global exiting boxship fleet.

The liner trade environment has been going from bad to worse of late as evidenced in the plunge in freight rates in the key liner trades brought about by the slowdown in cargo traffic and the deteriorating supply-demand balance resulting from the global economic recession. In light of these environmental changes, liner operators and owners appear to be bent on holding back in the arrangement of new containerships.

In the whole of 2008, 204 containerships were ordered (1,016,000 TEUs), amounting to $17.1 billion. Further, 444 containerships (1,567,000 TEUs) were completed. Meanwhile, 89 containerships (124,541 TEUs) were disposed off last year, comprising 63 units (104,292 TEUs) that were demolished and 23 units that were converted into bulk carriers.

Majority of the 89 vessels were small-sized ships, so the number of ships that were disposed in 2008 is said to barely account for 8% of the entire global boxship fleet.

As of Jan. 1, 2009, the world’s boxship fleet was made up of 4,569 ships (12,361,000 TEUs), representing a 13.2% year-on-year growth.

One-ship companies bomb out of KG market

THREE closed-end German KG funds, each owning a single feedership, have been declared insolvent.

Two funds managed by Emden-based Embdena — MS Carl C, which owns a 369 teu containership, and MS Hannes C, which owns a 740 teu vessel — have both entered administration.

The funds were launched in 2004 and 2005, respectively. Embdena confirmed the insolvencies but declined to give further details or comment on the amount investors might loose.

According to the prospectus, equity collected from investors for the vessels was €5.5m and €3.7m, respectively.

Both vessels have been without employment recently, MS Hannes for 14 days and MS Carl for two months. Both are currently laid up and will be sold to repay bank debt.

The third insolvent fund, MS Charline, was issued by Hamburg-based Fafa Capital in 2004 and invested in an 800 teu containership.

The insolvencies will be a further blow to investor confidence in KG funds. In recent months, the sale of KG shipping shares has ground to a halt. Industry observers expect this to be just the beginning of a wave of insolvencies among one-ship companies.

“Between 100 and 200 KG funds will go bankrupt by February,” said an executive at one German KG house, who did not want to be named.

Kolega, kontejneraši su u banani, to nitko ne spori. Jednako kao i tečaj JDPL-a na burzi. Kad bi kontejneraši i handysizeri dobro radili, bi li cijena JDPL bila 140 kn PS? (Podsjećam, samo im je cash u bilanci 180 kn PS). Lijep pozdrav. Ako ćemo iskreno, i ja bih ga volio po 100kn kao i Tech [bye]

Kanite se Techa i napišite nešto korisno.

Čovjek je, bar onima koji su se potrudili pročitati, iznio tek nešto korisnih podataka. Vi?

Pokušajte se obračunati s napisanim, a ne čovjekom koji je isto napisao.

Ovako vaš najveći doseg u argumentaciji zadnjih dana je optuživanje nekoga za drukanje.

Da je rekao "sutra će na 200 kn" problema s čovjekom ne bi bilo .

Imate brodara, s dva kontenjeraša oba starija od 10 g i pet bulkera od kojih je jedan već odavno spreman za rezalište a samo dva još nisu napunila desteljeće, zaključen ugovor za dva nova supramaxa u vrijednosti od 105 mil. dolara s rokom isporuke prvoga vjerovatno kraj 2009.g. početak 2010.g. (eto ima ih sad i po 29 mil. USD), a u oba sektora nema naznake oporavka.

Sad Shwarzi, reci koliko dugo ćeš taj keš gledati na računu i mišljenje o očekivanoj zaradi ove flote 2009.g.?
