Potražnja naručitelja za terminskim plovidbenim poslovima veća od ponude brodara bilo da se radi o plovidbenim poslovima na kraći ili duži period/termin/ , u rekordnoj smo poziciji s velikim slobodnim Capesize brodovima na Istoku koji postižu USD 100000 dnevno za 12 mjeseci s europskim naručiteljima, fenomenalna tarifa koja pokazuje bruto prinos od 36.5 mil USD.

Jasno, osjećaj je vrlo pozitivan s brojem plovidbenih poslova zaključenih za 5 godina. Druga novogradnja od 177000 također je išla za 5 godina po usd 45000 po danu s isporukom prva polovica 2009 g.Po indeksu Baltičke burze za panama brodove prije mjesec dana srušen je rekord postavljen u prosincu 2004prosječna tarifa terminskog plovidbenog posla bila je preko usd 50000 a tržište je nastavilo biti sve zahtjevnije.Tarife plovidbenih poslova po Atlantiku poboljšale su se za 10000 usd preko mjesec dana za poslove sa žitom iz Južne Amerike i nastavljao se u vrlo zahtjevnom ritmu po Atlantiku, pa su cape size brodovi na terminski ugovor morali dijeliti teret.

Terminske tarife su iznimno visoke za 75000 dwt po Mediteranu i izvještavano je čak preko 50000 usd dnevno godišnje , ali i osporeno , pa je rečeno da je fiksna tarifa dogovarana za dvije godine po usd 40000 za 74000 dwt brod. Budući je bilo mnogo plovidbenih terminskih poslova na Istoku posljedično se povećavao i broj putovanja, što je za kraće terminske plovidbene poslove uključivalo tonažu po LME( po Londonskoj burzi metala) dogovorenih oko 51000 usd i 52000 usd dnevno za 6 mjeseci, dok je Australska ruta pokrivena s čvrstih usd 50000 dnevno.

Britanska ratna mornarica lansira slijedeći mjesec podmornicu sposobnu za oplovljavanje svijeta bez izronjavanja, , zamislite tarifu kad konačno izroni. Kamo krenuti poslije ovog?Tarife nemilosrdno rastu bez realne naznake da će rast stati i čak još većim zagušenjem ubuduće.

Conan O’B: ” Meni ne treba dividenda. ” I tu si trebao stati s pisanjem… Znam da si karikirao, ali napisati crno na bijelo da je uprava koja isplati dividendu nesposobna je apsolutno krivo. Ako uprava procijeni da bi u narednom razdoblju povrat na angažirani kapital bio manji od troška kapitala, treba ga dati dioničarima na raspolaganje. Nadalje, ako je kapital dostupan po niskom trošku (obveznice, kredit,…) i zaduženost poduzeća je niska, bolje je isplatiti dividendu i zadužiti se jer kredit između ostalog zahtjeva disciplinu menadžmenta, dok mnogi vide zadržanu dobit kao “besplatan” kapital. I ima toga još puno… Ali slažem se da bi trenutno bilo bolje da naši bpodari ulažu u poslovanje i ne isplaćuju dividendu. Zašto nam više nema one lepeza članova sa korisnim informacijama?
