TriGranit shareholders visit Zagreb to inspect Arena Centar progress, work ahead of schedule (HR)

A delegation of the TriGranit shareholders and executive management visited Zagreb yesterday to inspect the progress in the building of “Arena Centar”, which will open its doors to visitors at the end of this year. Representing the only larger shopping-entertainment centre to open in Croatia this year, Arena Centar is valued at €244 million, covers 175,000 m² and will offer 60,000 m² of retail space. The TriGranit delegation, comprising 19 members, some of which visited Zagreb for the first time, was led by Messrs. Sándor Demján and Peter Munk.
The TriGranit representatives were also received in the City Hall by a delegation of the City Council, headed by Zagreb Mayor Milan Bandic, to discuss the progress in the first phase of Arena Centar, the master plan for its future phases, as well as in general the further development of Zagreb and possibilities for future TriGranit investments. The TriGranit representatives also undertook a tour of the multipurpose venue Arena Zagreb, which TriGranit developed in a PPP partnership together with INGRA, Zagreb City and Croatian Government.
Možda su se nešto dogovorili oko sudbine Arene!
