Hungarian oil and gas group MOL has announced after market close on Tuesday that Sándor Csányi, Deputy Chairman of MOL’s Board of Directors (and Chairman-CEO of OTP Bank), has sold 4,000 MOL shares on 8 July at an average price of HUF 19,500 per share on the Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE), with the assistance of MKB Bank Zrt. as investment service provider.

Following the transaction Csányi holds 20,040 pieces of MOL shares. (In the original statement the BSE said 7,587 shares.)

Earlier Csányi sold 866 MOL shares.

Hungarian oil and gas group MOL has announced on Thursday that Sándor Csányi, Deputy Chairman of MOL’s Board of Directors (and Chairman-CEO of OTP Bank), sold 7,587 pieces of MOL shares on 9 July at an average price of HUF 19,789 per share on the Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE), with the assistance of MKB Bank Zrt. as investment service provider.

Following the transaction Csányi holds 12,453 pieces of MOL shares.

dakle sada u 2q rezultati su bolji za 28 posto dakle u 2q 5,9 bn foriniti dok u 1q 4,6 bn forinti

a u 1q dobit je bila 596 milijuna Kn……….

Hungary MOL lends back shares to OTP, MFB

Hungarian fuels group MOL announced on Friday after market close that on 11 July, according to the lending agreements MOL lent 8,757,362 MOL shares to OTP Bank Plc. and 4,513,271 MOL shares to MFB Invest Ltd.

After the transaction MOL owns 181,100 “A" series and 578 “C" series MOL ordinary shares.

The surprise element of the news is zero, since the amount of shares lent by MOL is exactly the same as the number of shares recalled before dividend payment. The shareholder structure of MOL is now practically the same as before

Kolega, zašto ste postali top – 10?

zato da se vidi da ne kupuje samo Pajdo na 2.900kn [lol]
uostalom čisto sumnjam da bi škrti novoselec nešto preplaćivao ( zna se ona njegova čuvena da je sve precijenjeno 30-50% )

obzirom da ima dosta onih koji ne prate top 10, samo dodatak, pbz ( koji je prilično dekinitran ) također dokupljuje ( vidi poziciju 8 )

To je oko 7,8 milijardi Kn…………….. po toj vijesti mađari bi trebali ponuditi odličnu cijenu za INU
