Slažem se smtram da ne bi trebalo previše paničariti oko INE nisu oni debili, samo moram napomenuti mišljenje da ovo sa mirovinskim fondovima je čisto branjenje Crobex – a, nemojte se previše zaletavati sa špekulacijama da je to zbog nekih informacija jer komotno su mogli ove količine dobiti i na 2400, pa čak i niže, a ova će se završiti najranije u 11 mjesecu tako da ….
Ne drukam, pogtovo zato kaj imam najviše ine ali kaj je tu je treba istini pogledat u oći, i odmah kažem da ako probije 2500 ja prodajem i čekam niže sa još večom količinom jer vjerujem u ovu priču sa MOL – om skroz.

Iz večernjeg jako zanimljiva pitanja, dali zna tko možda odgovore????!!!!
1. Zašto su NAM zamjenske dionice Mola(dobrahno napuhane) koje je ta kompanija bjesomučno kupovala kako bi se obranila od OMV-a, pa sad ne zna što će s njima, draže od gotovine?
2. Zašto se nide na buzovno natjecanje?
3. Zašto se OMV-u, Molu, Lukoilu ili nekom četvrtom nije pružila prilika da se transparentno izbore za Inu?
4. Je li bilo konkretnih ponuda OMV-a i Lukoila? Ako da, kakve su bile?
5. Dali javnost mora dobiti uvid u ponude svih zainteresiranih za Inu?
6. Dali će mali dioničari odnosno većina popu…. i ovo?

MOL-INA share swap deal to take place within months – Hungarian PM

Hungarian Prime Minister Ferenc Gyurcsány said a share swap deal between fuels group MOL its Croatian sector peer INA, which would boost the Hungarian company’s stake in INA to 39%, could be sealed in a matter of months.

Gyurcsány met his Croatian counterpart Ivo Sanader in Dubrovnik on the weekend and addressed the share swap transaction, as well.

The Hungarian Premier said both parties were working to forge the deal that would be the best possible solution for both MOL and INA and would also exert a great impact on the region’s fuels industry.

Sanader said the agreement would be a real win-win situation that would make both parties stronger. He noted the Parliament was watching the deal with keen eyes and that it might tackle the draft agreement between the two companies already at the beginning of its autumn session.

Croatian press reported in February this year that the government was in talks to sell a 14% stake in INA for an estimated 3.1 billion kuna (USD 626.5 m).

MOL acquired a 25% stake in INA in 2003 for USD 505 million and has long wanted to increase this stake.

Sanader said in April that if the sale was approved it could take place in a share swap deal , in which both companies would obtain stakes in one another.

A Croatian government official said at the end of May that talks on the share swap were in a preliminary stage and they were unlikely to be completed before the autumn .

According to Austrian press, OMV is also interested in buying a stake in INA.

Daily WirtschaftsbBlatt said OMV aimed to buy a 14% package (or 19%, according to different sources) in INA, adding that OMV would pay for this stake in cash and that it was also interested in purchasing the 7% stake in INA held by the Croatian War Veterans’ Fund.

Gyurcsány and Sanader also said they would like to speed up the interconnection process of their countries’ gas pipelines, so that liquid natural as (LNG) arriving to a Croatian terminal on its Adriatic seacoast could be delivered to Hungary already before 2011. Sanader said earlier he would like MOL to be involved in the building of the LNG terminal.
