Još jedna molba.
Može li netko dati screenshot (ili običan copy/paste) danas na Platou ili LLoyd’su objavljenih dnevnih vozarina (T/C) za panamaxe i handyje.
Nešto mi se spetljalo i ne mogu do njih , a mislim – po onom što je Topalov objavio jutros na ATPL – da bi moglo biti lijepih stvari za vidjeti.

Izdvojio sam brojke koje su vrlo blizu ATH :
Ore Hansa – mislim da je ATH za godišnji ugovor panamaxa krajem godine bio 79,000.Ovo je prokleto blizu.
Achilles – ovo je još bliže , najbolje što sam vidio za 6-mjesečni ugovor je bilo 89,000
Manora Naree – isto vrlo blizu ATH za takve brodove (48.000)
Slutio sam da se stvari odvijaju vrlo brzo – panamaxi ATPL-a nisu mogli doći u bolje vrijeme – lako se može dogoditi da za godišnji ugovor dobiju više od 80.000 $.
S druge strane stari brodovi ATPL i JDPL (Ist , Mljet) , za koje nije vjerojatno da će ići u neki duži T/C mogu voziti u kraćim ugovorima sa sjajnim brojkama…..

Container shipping rates increase 20% over last year

greatsousil.jpgThe declining value of the U.S. dollar is making U.S. grain exports to Asia more costly because of a diminishing supply of empty containers shipped back to Asia, the U.S. Grain Council (USGC) said. The rates to ship a container from the U.S. has risen by some 20%, a USGC analyst said. For many years, strong U.S. imports from Asia guaranteed that thousands of containers were being returned empty to Asia. During that time, container companies cut attractive deals to fill the empty containers, making shipping U.S. grains back to Asia in containers less expensive than using bulk carriers.
These days though, a weaker dollar is causing fewer U.S. imports and more U.S. exports, so the supply of empty containers going back to Asia has declined. In fact, container traffic from Asia to the U.S. has declined 12-14% compared to last year, per Jay O’Neal, senior agricultural economist of the International Grains Program at Kansas State University and USGC consultant.
“Now what we have is everyone hustling trying to find and compete for empty containers, and the rates have been going up,” he said, also noting the cost to ship a container from the U.S. to Asia is as high as $1,600-$1,700, a 20% increase from last year.
Container availability for Midwest producers is further hampered because more containers are being unloaded on the west coast, rather than in Chicago or Kansas City, O’Neil said.

Ima odličnih informacija.Npr. DBC orderbook : u 2008. u prva 4 mjeseca isporučene 82 novogradnje , što je ritam od 21 mjesečno.S druge strane , za isporučiti u preostalih 8 mjeseci ostaje 387 brodova , što daje 32 broda mjesečno.
Lijepo je za vidjeti da bi se produktivnost brodogradilišta trebala povećati za 50 % tako brzo.Vjerojatno su računali i Brodosplit.Ipak , čini se da im to neće uspjeti i da će isporuka na stotine brodova prijeći u 2009. , u kojoj bi se inače trebalo isporučivati 66 brodova mjesečno.
Sve u svemu , čini se da će priljev novogradnji biti dosta sporiji od očekivanog , što je u skladu s već drugdje na dry bulk forumima iznesenim činjenicama.
