nije mi jasno kako to da su vozarine za supramaxe toliko više od panamaxa 11679$ naspram 14086$ …prilična razlika, može li nam netko iz struke to objasniti?
ako sam dobro svrstao brodove čini mi se da ih AP ima otprilike 50:50 %.. s time da će 2 blizanca Držića koji se isporučuju ove godine prevagnuti na supramaxe … znači čak i današnji BDI nije loš za AP
[sealed] Capesize rate hits new high
A Capesize bulker was chartered on the spot market at $58,750/day for a Brazil-China voyage, the highest so far this year.
On the London market on Feb. 19, the average Capesize charter rate on the world’s four key lanes climbed to $38,741/day, coming closer to the $40,000 mark.
According to a market report, Classic Maritime has chartered a 2003-built 200,000-dwt bulker at $58,750/day for a Mediterranean-Brazil-China cross-trade trip.
Bulker rates on iron ore cargo from Brazil to China fell below the 10/ton mark in December. But bid and asked rates have now rallied to $26/ton.
The prime factor behind the recovery is China’s growing iron ore imports. Iron ore shipments from Australia and Brazil have begun gaining steam, buoyed by recovering steel demand in China and drops in iron ore spot prices.
An earlier report said that a Capesize bulker was chartered at $50,000/day on Feb. 12 for an Australia-China voyage.

Da nisu odustali od ugovorenog cape size broda od 182000dwt, sad su ga mogli ugovoriti na long term t/c od 10 godina za 60000 i mozak na pašu. Šteta.
