Važi, evo kladim se da će dividenda za 2008. kod ATPL biti min. 40 dolara po dionici, što misliš kolika će biti kod Lošinjske?
Inače, najviše sam fokusiran na prihode i neto dobit, a to će kod ATPL biti fenomenalno, ostalo je ipak marginalno, pa čak i amortizacija i troškovi, premda tu ima svega. Ma glupo je uopće na ovu volatilnost razglabati o dividendi od 2-5% kad na dionici možeš zaraditi 50-100% u 6-12 mjeseci. Vjerujem da bi deal premijera za razmjenu dionica MOL-INA mogao pomoći likvidnosti na zse i oživljavanju domaćeg tržišta kapitala, a u konačnici mogla bi i morala od toga profitirati i ATPL. [tongue]

S obzirom na to da je trenutno dionica Lošinjske 6 puta jeftinija od dionice Atlantske, znači da i dividenda može biti 6 puta manja pa da dobijemo isto. Dakle dividenda Lošinjske za 2008. mora biti 7$ da stvari budu jednake. Prije bih rekao da će se to desit nego da će Atlantska davat 40$ dividendu.

Evo i jedne super vijesti… u posljednjih 6 mj 2007 ukupno je isporuceno 163 bulk novogradnje ukupno 12,2milDWT.
U prvih 6mj 2008 je isporuceno 153 bulk novogradnje worldwide sa znacajno manjih 10,4milDWT !!!!!
Dakle, usprkos velikom povecanju orderbooka u 2008 – broj isporucenih novogradnji je znacajno manji. Shipbuilding je vec u recesiji… izgleda da je kinezima celik vazniji u zgradama i mostovima nego na brodu !!! [thumbsup] [lol] [thumbsup] [lol]
What happened this time?
The sudden drop was triggered by capesize vessels released into the Pacific market. This turned the short-term psychology bearish, and the charterers took a rare time-out. Chinese officials had earlier called for import restraints following the rising iron ore stockpiles. The downturn was mainly related to the capesize market, but made a huge impact on the BDI. In the weeks before the correction the capesize rates pushed upwards outperforming the panamax rates, wich was held down by a weaker Atlantic market (farmer strikes in Argentina). At its peak the capesize:panamax ratio was at 2.87 versus a long-term average of 1.99 between the two vessel types. In these situations you will normally see charterers splitting capesize cargoes by chartering two cheaper panamaxes. However the increasing port congestion did not support cargo splits this time. The weaker panamax market proved unable to rise with the capesize rates, and the expanding capesize market was rather easy to push down short-term. At the moment the capesize:panamax ratio is 2.07 indicating that much of the obvious downside risks are less than just a few weeks ago.
It is important to note that this rate drop was related to short-term factors. This kind of volatility must be expected both on the upside and downside, and is a part of the spot market’s nature. It is not a sign of any changes in the long-term demand for drybulk cargo.

CSSC to Sell Shipyard for $443m

China State Shipbuilding Corp (CSSC), has put its Wenchong Shipyard up for sale on the Beijing Equity Exchange for $443m, Reuters reported.
The official China Securities Journal quoted analysts as saying that Guangzhou Shipyard International Co,
CSSC stipulated that the buyer must be in the shipbuilding business, have earned more than 300 million yuan in net profit each year from 2005 to 2007, and have built ships with a total of at least 500,000 dead weight tonnes in fiscal year 2007, the exchange said.
The buyer would also have to be state-owned or state-controlled, with total assets of no less than 10 billion yuan at the end of 2007, it said.

Brod star 10 godina od 45000 dwt za 46000, znači da bi Pracat mogao na 80000, naravno za kraći t/c app.3-5 mjeseci. Koliko mi je poznato Gundulić je zadnji t/c od 4 mjeseca za 61000 odradio (tu su dobro "uboli"), pa je ovo novi ugovor, šteta što nije naveden vremenski perod za kvaliteniju prosudbu sposobnosti ugovoranja. Ako ti možeš bolje ugovoriti stupi u kontakt sa chartering odjelom u ATPL ili zovi Vlaha Lonzu, dat će ti dobru premiju za bolji ugovor od ovog, a možda te i zaposle. Nemoj se ustručavati. [tongue]
