Ono što su mnogi karakterizirali kao najveću prijetnju za Farmaciju ugovorom sa Konzumom uprava ATGR-a je preokrenula u svoju korist i paralelnim razvojem obadva segmenta ljekarničkog biznisa istu stvar učinila svojom prednošću.Kad se uzme u obzir razvoj konzuma u Srbiji ,BiH,a vjerujem uskoro i ostalim zemljama regije pa i šire i planovi širenja Farmacije na zemlje u regiji i sama snaga konzuma u RH otkriva se prava vrijednost ugovora za ATGR kako za farmaciju tako i za ostale proizvode iz portfelja ATGR-a.Istina je da se to ne osijeti na vrijednosti dionice ATGR-a ,ali bih vas zamolio da meni običnom građ.tehničaru bez ikakvih drugih diploma kažete koja to dionica u RH pa i šire odražava svoju pravu vrijednost i reagira pozitivno na dobre vijesti.koliko loše neki pišu o ATGR imam dojam da je jedino ona izgubila na vrijednosti a svima drugima ide super .Po meni je važno da dobre vijesti stižu,da uprava dobro radi i to prije ili poslije mora pogurati cijenu dionice.jednostavno strpljen spašen.

stvarno je jadno oko cega se prepucavate na temi o atgr…skola ili ne skola…tko je manekenka i kolkio ima godina. Zasto nitko ne moderira i ne opomene ovakvu nisku diskusiju????
ako ne mozemo direktno kometirati atgr i razmjeniti info o njoj, onda samo zatrpavamo temu.
Ima zgodan intervju Emilov u progressive magazinu. Pretpostavljam da vecina ovdje nema dostup do istog posto se radi o usko targetiranoj grupi primatelja – trgovci i distributeri.

Vezano za primafarmu, mislim da jos nista od toga
dobra vijest je da ce Ministar zdravstva naci neku lovu za lijekove, pa ce i atgr popraviti ionqko dobru krvnu sliku. slijedece godine ce proracun za lijekove po prvi puta biti blizu realnom, sto znaci pozitivan cash flow u Farmacii, a i lakse naplacivanje za Dietpharm.

East Capital today announced the winners of the 2008 East Capital Awards to three of Eastern Europe’s most successful companies. This year’s winners are Russian mobile operator Vimpelcom for Best Growth, Slovenian Bank Nova Kreditna Banka Maribor for Best IPO and Croatian consumer healthcare producer and distributor Atlantic Grupa for Discovery of the Year.

Nova Kreditna Banka Maribor – Best IPO Award 2008
Nova Kreditna Banka Maribor has been chosen due to the successful IPO carried out in December 2007 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. The IPO was the largest ever and 5.4 times oversubscribed. The stock price showed good performance after the IPO, up 36% on the first day of trading and 39% after three months of trading.

Evo emilko se hvali za dobar tajming IPO-a i dalje nas drži za budale jer spominje
ispunjavanje prospekta a svi smo sad naučili da poslovanje nema veze sa cijenom
na tržištu nego sa cikličkim periodima…..naravno to se tiče takozvanih malih djelića imovine
i nas malih dioničara,zato i je uvalio nama malima jer pravi fondovi nisu htjeli uzet na vrhu
ciklusa nego uzimaju sad od nas malih…..mudro je to smišljeno izrazito lukavo, a ko hebe
male ulagače oni su tu da se brste ….pišem tek tolko da se zna istina o emilu i njegovom
IPO-u…
Na kraju i oni fondovi kaj su uzimali na IPO-u su OIF-ovi malih ulagača koji su te iste
pobrstili do kože…

To bajka:
1. znaci priznajes da je emil ostavrio sve brojke iz prospekta.
2. nakon toga kazes da je gad sto te je navukao na IPO

Ostavi se ti burze.
Nitko tebe nije silio da kupis dionice na IPO, sam si otisao.
Nikoga Emil nije prevario ako ispunjava brojke iz prospekta.

Sramite se.
Prvo pogledajte zasto ste kupili dionice na IPO? Jeste li uopce pogledali brojke?
Niste a sada bi druge krivili zato sto ste vi svoje novce sami odnijeli u banku.

Emilov IPO je jedini pravio IPO koji je ispunijo svoj ocekivanja.
Jedino.

Nikome Emil nije uvalio, uvalili ste si samo kada ste otisli i banku.

Hej pa napravio je IPO-o na vrhuncu euforije, to je dobar tajming samo za njega a za
ostale opasnost bezpovratnog gubitka …..to kaj ti i ja nismo dosta iskusni da smo to
mogli procjenit to nam nije niko kriv al pravi iskusnjaci kaj su ga savjetovali vjerojatno nisu
iznenađeni….
Takvih primjera ima i na razvijenim tržištima kolko hočeš….čim pročitam bilo koji njegov
intervju odma mi je muka….
